At Griffith Waratah Tigers Rugby League, is a not for profit community club. We take pride in delivering your gear promptly. Orders are processed twice weekly and will be processed. Allow 3 business days for packing and shipping. Exceptions apply.
Please note that all service times are estimates and may be subject to operational delays during peak periods. Operational impacts of public holidays and local restrictions may affect service times.

Shipping: Worldwide Delivery
Currently we do not ship worldwide. Please contact us direct if you would like to order direct and freight costs will be confirmed.

We accept returns on a case by case process. Whether it’s a faulty item or sizing issue.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit to reorder will be provided.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at griffithwaratahs@gmail.com further instruction will be provided.
Shipping returns
To return your product, first contact us direct at griffithwaratahs@gmail.com for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
